You can also purchase our products online in our online store. You won’t pay any shipping costs and you’ll have your order within three working days.

 

How is Solbio contributing to a better environment?

We try to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, not only with our product itself, but also in production and packaging. The packaging has been designed to be user-friendly, flexible and environmentally friendly. In order to minimise transport, the pouches will be filled as close to you as possible.

 

I got Solbio toilet fluid on my skin, what now?

Solbio is a natural product and contains no harmful substances. Contact with Solbio does not cause skin irritation. In case of prolonged exposure, we recommend that you thoroughly rinse your skin with water. Always consult a physician in case of doubts or persistent symptoms.

 

I got Solbio toilet fluid in my eye, what now?

Solbio is a natural product and contains no harmful substances. In the unlikely event that you get toilet fluid in your eye, we recommend that you rinse your eye thoroughly with water, including under the eyelids. If you wear contact lenses, remove them. Always consult a physician in case of doubts or persistent symptoms.

 

I got Solbio toilet fluid in my mouth, what now?

Solbio is a natural product and contains no harmful substances. In the unlikely event that you have gotten some toilet fluid in your mouth, there’s no need to worry. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and always consult a physician in case of doubts or persistent symptoms.

What is Solbio?

Solbio toilet fluid is a 100% organic product that is an alternative to chemical toilets. Our unique formula is made from only four, all-natural ingredients. Besides Solbio Original there is also Solbio Marine, which is more powerful for larger tanks.

 

What can I use Solbio for?

Solbio is ideal for campers with mobile toilets, for example in caravans, motor homes, mobile homes or a separate mobile toilet. Our product is also suitable for toilets on boats, trains and airplanes.

 

Is Solbio as powerful as its chemical counterpart?

We have tested our formula extensively to make sure that Solbio fluid works just as well the as the more common chemical version. Solbio’s toilet fluid is extremely powerful and makes it easy for you!

 

What is the difference between Solbio Original and Solbio Marine?

Because pleasure yachts and boats often have larger tanks, we have developed an extra powerful version of our toilet fluid: Solbio Marine. The promise is the same: made from only 4, 100% natural ingredients and as powerful as the chemical option.

 

Can I use Solbio safely?

We developed Solbio partly because we had doubts about using chemicals in a small space like a mobile toilet. Solbio toilet fluid is made from all-natural ingredients, so you can be sure that our product won’t be harmful to your health, nature or the toilet itself.

 

How should I use Solbio toilet fluid?

Solbio makes it easy for you! You can use Solbio in the waste tank, the flush water tank, the wastewater tank and as a toilet cleaner. 4-in-1!

Where can I empty a mobile toilet if I have used Solbio?

Solbio is an organic product that is naturally completely biodegradable. So you don’t have to look for a special place to empty your mobile toilet; it’s perfectly fine to empty your mobile toilet at home.

 

How does the pouch work?

Our packaging is environmentally friendly, space saving and user-friendly. The pouch works just like a wine bag. Hold the bag with one hand and use the other hand to press the button.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship your package for free from 2 pieces!

 

How quickly will I receive my order?

We try to deliver orders to you within three working days. When you place your order you, will receive a Track & Trace code to track the shipment of your package.

 

Can I have Solbio delivered to the campsite?

That is certainly an option. Please note the delivery time: make sure that your package won’t arrive after you have left the campsite.

 

What happens if I am not at home to accept the package?

Of course sometimes you just miss the postman. The deliverer will:

try to deliver the order the next day again.

deliver your package to a different address (e.g. at the neighbours).

Leave a note with the address of a post office where you can pick up your parcel.

 

Can I return my package if I am not satisfied?

Solbio guarantees 100% satisfaction. Our 100% warranty policy means that if you are not satisfied with Solbio, you can simply return it. We will refund your full purchase price, provided that about 75% of the product is still in the packaging.
